Kwik Kar Wash Detail Lube has an immediate opening for a Customer
Service Specialist.
Kwik Kar is a locally owned and
operated company whose mission is “To provide the best customer experience in
the retail industry in Central Missouri”.
Purpose – The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for all
aspects of the lobby.
Experience –Must have strong customer service and organizational
skills. Previous experience with point of sale software is preferred.
Requirements – The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a
great attitude and impeccable customer service skills. They must be highly
organized and an excellent problem solver. This position requires the
following;
· Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
· Answers phones and accommodate customer requests according to Kwik Kar Standards.
· Schedule appointments for customers.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby.
· Develop and maintain STRONG relationships with customers and employees.
· General cashiering.
· Must be willing to learn all aspects of the site.
· Ability to work full-time hours including weekends and some holidays.
· Excellent communications skills.
· Demonstrates a pleasant and welcoming attitude.
· Possesses strong interpersonal skills and a “can do” team mentality.
