Marine Retail Parts and Sales Associate

Responsibilities include the following:
- Opening and closing procedures for scheduled shift
- Managing inventory and doing weekly and daily reconciliations of inventory
- Ensuring the product is organized and presented well to customers
- Greeting customers when they enter the store, having a good parts knowledge of marine products, and assist customers in finding the right products
- Finding the right parts for customer DIY repair projects
- Upselling complete jobs and parts to customers
- Answering phones with good phone etiquette to encourage customers to come to the store
- Ensure that operational procedures for receiving and placing inventory into the correct locations are strictly followed
Preferred Experience and Skills Include:
- Bookkeeping experience
- Customer service experience
- Desire to meet new people and provide the best retail experience possible
- Ability to learn quickly and grow with company culture to create a successful business
- Reliability for expected duties and work schedule
