Position Type:
- Full-Time or Part-Time
- Includes Early Morning, Day, Evening, and Saturday Availability
- Closed on Sundays

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Back of House (BOH) team to deliver high-quality food with accuracy, speed, and care
- Monitor and maintain food safety standards, cleanliness, and operational procedures at all times
- Execute food prep, cooking, and kitchen line operations efficiently
- Mentor and coach BOH team members, creating a positive and productive kitchen culture
- Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A’s brand standards for food presentation and quality
- Set the tone for team pace and energy during each shift
- Manage inventory, kitchen organization, and waste tracking
- Assist with scheduling, shift leadership, and BOH staff development
- Open or close the kitchen and act as key holder as needed
