Main Responsibilities of an Operations Support Team Member:
- Keep buildings in a clean condition
- Perform all heavy-duty cleaning
- Support restaurant operations with stocking
- Perform regular maintenance activities
- Engage in repair activities when needed
Operations Support Team Member Description:
We are looking for an experienced Cleaner/Janitor willing to support restaurant operations with stocking as well to feel a vital spot on our team. We are hoping to find a reliable and skilled person who understands the importance that this support role plays in our organization.
The person we would like to give this opportunity to should have strong communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and poses both a proactive and reactive mindset. We like to keep our environment tidy and very well-organized, we expect our future Operations Support Team Member to take complete responsibility for helping us achieve this.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping)
- Gathering and emptying indoor trash
- Clean, service, and resupply restrooms
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Some food preparation
- Stocking support for our Front of House & Back of House team
- Engaging in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliances)
- Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture
- Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Cleaner/Janitor duties
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must know and follow sanitation procedures
- Must know and follow food safety protocols
- Must be able to respond and act quickly
- Must have strong communication and multitasking skills
