 When you join the Advancing in Management Academy, we teach you how to become a leader in business; the program is designed for you to be streamlined into CFA LDP/Operator training or CFA Inc/Corporate Staff. 

We will teach you how to understand and run a multi-million dollar operation and how to create your experience into a story on how YOU innovated the worlds #1 Hospitality brand.


Job Breakdown 


This is a 2 year leadership Academy with five phases, Phase 1: Start as a Team Member, learn all Front-of-House and Back-of-House roles. Phase 2: Supervisor, take what you just learned and manage your first team of people around each area of the store, along with mastering opening and closing tasks.  Phase 3: Become a Store Manager, and lead the team in those exact positions you just mastered. Phase 4: As an Assistant Director you will set direction for the department of the store you are most interested in. Influence the team, lead the department, and utilize your business acumen to promote growth. Phase 5: Director of Operations, oversee restaurant while creating your story of Innovation, to apply to further Chick-fil-A ownership opportunities, corporate staff or other business opportunities with the certification of AIM Leadership Academy Completion!



Job Requirements 


  • Bachelor's Degree or 2-4 years of leadership experience 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Keen business judgment and sound decision-making skills
  • Experience working with and leading teams
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide clear and consistent feedback
  • Ability to manage conflict in a respectful and timely manner
