Royale Company is a growing partner with luxury, prestigious properties around the New York City area. We are looking for candidates to help as porters; keeping up the maintenance and good standing of these properties. As well as focus on upkeep of a safe and adequate living environment. This is a full time position with part time available as well

Key Responsibilities: 

• Sweeping, mopping, washing and waxing hallways, floors and stairs
• Vacuuming and using floor polishers
• Knowledge in janitorial duties and small repairs
• Emptying compactors and trash cans
• Clearing snow and ice from sidewalks and driveways
• Keeping good relations with resident owners, tenants and staff
• Must be extremely detail oriented
• Self-motivated and proactive

*experience with cleaning and handyman work is a plus!
