Job Description: As a Talent Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in:

• Designing and executing effective training programs tailored to our staff’s needs.
• Leading recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.
• Partnering with management to identify skills gaps and develop training plans.
• Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new team members.
• Tracking and reporting on training outcomes to ensure continuous improvement.
• Screening and interviewing applicants.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in training, talent management, or HR roles. A college degree is preferred but not required.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading and motivating teams.
• Strong organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple priorities and executing deliverables.
• Experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required. Experience in an hourly workforce environment is strongly preferred.
