Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile and speak enthusiastically
Create and maintain eye contact
Make emotional connections with guests
Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
Multitask quickly and thoroughly
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
Other duties as assigned

Able to multi-task and work well independently and in a team
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
