Crewleader Job Description
Qualifications
- Cross trained so they can work ALL positions.
- Passed ALL STAR guide tests.
- Have worked for you at least six months.
- Have proven themselves to be a dedicated, loyal employee that is hard working.
- You can count on them not to take shortcuts, but will do things the right way.
- Are willing to train new employees or help cross train others.
- Leads others by example.
- Comes to work on time, in uniform and is ready to work.
- Is willing to help out the management team when asked to stay over or come in early or work on scheduled day off.
- Takes pride in the job they perform.
Duties
- Performs their job to the best of their ability.
- Assists management by making sure others are doing their job correctly. This includes, but isn’t limited to portioning, packaging, temperature controls, quality etc.
- Training both new and existing employees.
- Adheres to company polices and practices and reports situations that may become issues.
- Works in a manner that is respectful to others and free of discrimination, harassment and inappropriate conduct.
- Complies with Sonics food safety program.
- Immediately responds to guest requests in a respectful manner. Reports guest complaints to a manager immediately.
- Reinforces to crew members the importance of placing guests’ needs first.
- In emergency situations only, can run shifts for a short period of time.
