What We're Looking For:

• Flexible scheduling including nights and weekends
• Positive, friendly, and personable demeanor with strong communication skills
• Openness to feedback for continuous improvement
• Ensure an experience that exceeds guest expectations each and every visit
• Interview, hire and develop an all-star team of professionals 
• Work side-by-side with the manager to take smart risks and identify value adds for our guests
• Clearly communicate business goals, contests and performance expectations to all team members
• Lead and inspire by example in all interactions with guests and team members
• Maintain brand visual and cleanliness standards
• Manage and adjust schedules to meet business goals
• Minimize loss by following loss prevention best practices
• Full-time position, ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Must have 1 year of previous management experience
• Ability to manage center productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved
• Ability to achieve results through motivating the team
• Ability to problem solve and work through issues with the guidance of administrators
