Purpose/Summary:
Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer/POS systems, software, and hardware.
• Handle Tier 1 help desk escalations through tickets, phone, and email
• Maintain daily performance of computer system and POS Systems
• Install, modify, and repair computer/POS hardware and software
• Install computer peripherals for users
• Follow up with users to ensure issue has been resolved
• Routine computer maintenance and clean up
• Manage and monitor internal assets to ensure accurate inventory records
• Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
• Windows 10,11, Linux, Mac, Microsoft Office365
• PC hardware, Printers, scanners, computer peripherals, Mobile devices (iOS, Android)
• Client PC connectivity - Ethernet, TCP/IP, wireless
• Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written to a wide range of end-users
• Travel required and must have reliable transportation
• POS technical support experience in both hardware and software, preferably NCR system
• 4 years of experience in related field.
• Friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills
• Bilingual Mandarin preferred but not required
• Able to multitask and work in a team environment
• College diploma preferred

• Ability to lift to 10 pounds frequently and up 50 pounds occasionally
Work environment:
• Work will be conducted in an office environment
• May occasionally walk on slippery surfaces
