Janitorial Job Description:

We have a vacant spot for a well-organized and committed Facility Maintenance Person. Our environment is fast-paced and we expect you to be able to work as part of a team. Our goal is to employ a person with a maintenance background, excellent time management and communication skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks. You will be working in in the dining room, kitchen and outside for most of your workday. Maintain a high level of functionality of all parts of our restaurant.

Responsibilities of a Facility Maintenance Person:

• Maintaining a clean and well-organized working environment
• Changing of air filters
• Maintaining the parking lot maintenance
• Maintaining the sidewalk and walkways
• Maintaining the front and back deck repairs
• Notify a manager if you find anything damaged or non-functioning
• Assist other staff members with tasks when the need arises
• Changing of lightbulbs
• Some carpentry work
• Maintaining furniture repairs (Booths, tables, chairs...)
• General day to day maintenance

Facility Maintenance Person Job Requirements:

• Previous carpentry, plumbing and electrical experience is a must
• Ability to properly use power tools
• Must have god communication skills
• Must be able to prioritize tasks
• Must follow instructions
