Summary:

The candidate must be hard working, responsible and organized. The candidate will be maintaining a large family entertainment center. The candidate must have experience working with a wide array of tools, lifts and other machinery. We can train the candidate for the specific duties at our facility. Knowledge of ASTM and/or OSHA standards a plus.

Hours : Flexible hours

Reports to: General Manager

Responsibilities: Daily operations include, but are not limited to,

• Documenting repairs and parts inventory consistently
• Performing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual maintenance with detailed records
• Repairing equipment + attractions while working with outside vendors as needed to ensure everything is in working order
• Maintaining an organized and clean work area
• Maintaining tools and machinery
• Working with General Manager to promote and exceed safety standards and practices
• Performing deep cleaning, painting, repairs, etc. as needed at the parks
• Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance
• Perform other related duties as assigned or needed
• Ability to work various shifts and regular attendance is a requirement for the role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Some knowledge of amusement equipment is preferred but not required
• Work flexibility (nights, weekends and holidays, as needed for repairs)
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools
• General knowledge of related OSHA regulations and safety practices
• Some skilled trades experience (carpentry, painting, HVAC, etc.)
• Ability to operate powered tools and similar construction equipment

Physical Demands:

• Work in a noisy, fast paced environment with distracting conditions
• Move about facility and stand for long periods of time (over 2/3 of the time)
• This position is very active and requires standing, kneeling, bending, walking, reaching above shoulder, pushing and pulling
• Must be comfortable climbing on a 20ft ladder
• Requires lift, push, pull, or carry heavy loads
• Ability to wear PPE

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in a trade or skilled labor

Must have Qualifications: Knowledge of basic computer skills (email, typing). Good at problem solving. High energy and positive attitude.
