With locations in Danbury, CT, and Philadelphia, PA, and more on the way, we offer guests a variety of thrilling experiences, from two-story truss systems and gigantic airbags to laser tag, virtual reality roller coasters, black light axe-throwing, and ninja obstacle courses.


We’re searching for a dedicated and customer-focused Park Manager who thrives on making guests happy and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. If you are committed to leading a dynamic team and creating unforgettable memories for our guests, you’ll excel in this role.


Role Overview

As Park Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of both Thrillz and Jumpz. This full-time, on-site position is pivotal to ensuring smooth operations, exceptional guest experiences, and the overall success of the park. You will lead and inspire staff, manage budgets, assist in marketing initiatives, and maintain a safe and exciting environment for our guests.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead park staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience with a focus on safety, fun, and memorable moments.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and facility management.
  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and perform regular facility inspections.
  • Manage budgets to meet operational goals.
  • Collaborate on marketing and promotional efforts (I.e. community outreach) to drive park attendance and brand visibility.
  • Foster a culture of positivity, teamwork, and excellence among the park staff.
  • Ensure facilities and equipment are clean, operational, and up to standards.
  • Resolve guest concerns with a focus on delivering satisfaction and building loyalty.

  • Marketing and promotions experience is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the amusement or adventure park industry is a bonus.
