The Fair Hills kitchen typically serves around 200 people, three meals daily. The turnover from meal to meal is quick and efficient. Our team of dishwashers are responsible for inventorying, maintaining and washing all the dishes, silverware, drink ware, and pots & pans for the kitchen and dining room. Dishwashing duties include, but are not limited to: bussing tables & bus stations, running & maintaining the dishwasher, putting away & stocking clean inventory and managing the inventory. Dishwashers often assist the waitrons & kitchen departments as needed. Dishwashers must be able to multi-task, work well in a team, lift heavy objects, assist other departments as needed, and work well under pressure. Dishwashers work three shifts each day; typically 8am - 10:30am, 12pm - 2pm and 6pm - 8pm.
