Fair Hills Resort is looking for an all-around Handy Person to assist in a variety of projects around our two resort properties and golf courses. The Handy Person is responsible for completing very basic repairs to overseeing & working on large projects and renovations. The ideal candidate would have a working knowledge of the skills below, be dependable, enjoy the daily variety of tasks a large resort offers and works efficiently independently.

Duties & Requirements:

• General repair knowledge of many areas of physical facilities
• General carpentry skills
• General plumbing repairs
• General electric repairs
• Small appliance repairs
• Cabins, docks and furniture repairs
• Roofing repairs
• Experience with painting materials
• Windows & screen repairs and replacements
• Must be able to carry up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to climb ladders
• Must be able to problem solve
• Must have a working knowledge of power tools
• Must be able to drive a skid steer and tractor (with or without a snowplow attached)
• Must be able to pull trailers and back them up
• Must be able to drive
• General landscaping and upkeep may be a part of the position at different times of the year

Compensation based on experience.
