Fair Hills Resort is located on 40 acres of beautiful rolling hills and lakeside property. One of the most versatile positions at the resort, the grounds crew is responsible for the outdoor & beach maintenance, boat rentals & upkeep, operating the gas dock, laundry delivery, garbage & recycling removal, and event set-up.  Experience with lawn equipment, sail boats, speedboats and motors is preferred, but not required.  Grounds crew must exhibit pleasant customer service, be willing to assist other departments, lift heavy objects, work efficiently with little supervision, and take initiative to get tasks done, making our resort look its best. Grounds crew work one of two shifts daily: morning or evening. *Driver’s License is not required, but preferred.
