The Fair Hills kitchen feeds anywhere from 2-250 daily. There are 3 departments in the kitchen; bakery, salad, and prep. Kitchen worker duties include, but are not limited to: meal preparation, cooking, baking, grilling, buffet set-up & running, serving food in the steam line and cleaning. Kitchen workers must be able to work well in a team and independently, must be able to practice safe kitchen responsibilities, lift heavy objects, work well under pressure, and be positive & respectful of others. Previous kitchen experience is preferred. Kitchen workers typically work just a morning shift with the option to work an additional short evening shift.
