We are looking for a housekeeper to help maintain our guest rooms and common areas.
Our housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the whole hotel. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done. Duties include delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, or other similar responsibilities.
KEY JOB DUTIES
- Clean assigned guest rooms – Maintain high quality of cleaning standards.
- Be Friendly and professional – Demonstrates our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and associates.
- Maintain Back of House areas – Keep housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas clean & maintained - Stocks carts / cart rooms if necessary and or directed by management.
- Help maintain overall hotel cleanliness – Assist in cleaning other areas of the hotel as assigned by the manager when needed. Areas like the associate breakroom, guest laundry, fitness room, vending areas, stairwells, and common areas.
- Reports all maintenance issues directly to the front desk and/or manager on duty.
- Other duties as requested by the management team.
- Compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Good work ethic, attention to detail, and a team player.
- Have a willingness to learn.
- Previous experience is preferred, but we are willing to train.
- Entry-level position, training will be provided.
