Job Description:

The Sales and Brand Growth Director exists to directly affect the growth and success of the restaurant by creating emotional connections, growing sales, and increasing community influence. They leverage our app, spotlight and social media to execute strategies in bringing new and existing customers to the store and growing all ordering platforms. They focus on systematically and effectively communicating all marketing related events both to the team and to the community.


Objective:

To enhance the business's presence within the community and drive improvements in both sales performance and brand expansion.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and track monthly and annual outside sales goals for catering and CFA Delivery.
  • Identify and build a leadership bench to accommodate sales and brand growth.
  • Consistently ensure the sales and brand growth strategy is being executed.
  • Plan and organize events inside and outside of the restaurant.
  • Represent Chick-fil-A at various community events.
  • Hold team members’ accountable to uniform guidelines, specifically during outside sales events.
  • Lead and support CFA Delivery operations.
  • Build relationships with local community leaders, business owners, and school officials with an effort to intentionally grow our brand in Fountain.
  • Develop annual and monthly marketing plans that align with our strategy and goals. These plans should include social media and Spotlight implementation.
  • Establish a written marketing plan - execute said marketing plan at a high level.
  • Complete daily marketing calendar based on the monthly plan.
  • Manage all social media platforms currently consisting of Facebook and Instagram.
  • Grow the quantity of Spotlight users, while actively managing the Spotlight platform.
  • Ensure Cow mascot is being leveraged in the restaurant and in the community.
  • Responding to all donation requests within 3 days from the time of submission.
  • Manage all promotional merchandise (SWAG) while maintaining marketing inventory.
  • Ensure community table and board are updated with new marketing graphics monthly/quarterly 
  • Install new Point-of-Purchase signing (POP) and menu item/price changes seasonally.
  • Support restaurant operations during periods of non-peak outside sales time periods.
  • Serve customers operationally.
  • Willingness to do tasks such as cleaning the toilet.
  • Lead special projects assigned by the Owner/Operator.


Success Measures:

  • Overall Sales Growth=>10%
  • Sales- Growth that is consistently above chain average.
  • Transaction Count
  • Check Average
  • Outside Sales
  • CFA One App=>50% of Sales
  • Spotlight User Growth =>15,000
  • CFA Delivery Growth =>200 Deliveries per day
