Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious BBQ dishes according to recipes
- Ensure food safety and quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the front of house team to provide excellent customer service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Food safety certification is a plus
Compensation:
- $12-20 per hour range, depending on qualifications and availability
