Position: Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Customer Support Representative to join our Luddites team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to our customers through
phone support, order placement, answering queries, and managing mail orders. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has excellent communication skills, and is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer support via phone and email, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every customer.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, including providing product information, processing transactions, and confirming order details.
- Inquiry Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and accurately.
- Mail Order Management: Efficiently manage mail orders, including processing, tracking, and coordination with the warehouse team.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Feedback Collection: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products, services, and processes.
Requires:
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in basic computer applications, and an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A customer-first attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in customer service is a plus.
- Location is currently in Yerington, transitioning to Sparks, NV.
