Position: Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a catalog schedule and strategy.
- Curating mailing lists for each catalog.
- Coordinate with printers and mailing list providers; understanding deadlines for mailing lists and artwork, and submitting all required items on time.
- Participate in the product curation process.
- Analyze catalog performance and report results.
- Create and execute an online marketing strategy.
- Create, grow and maintain social media platforms.
- Create email marketing campaigns and newsletters, reporting results.
- Manage Graphic Designer.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within retail or e-commerce.
- Skills:
- Proven experience in designing and distributing catalogs.
- Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent budget management and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including design and analytics platforms.
- Intermediate level of data analysis and excel skills required.
- Shopify experience a plus.
- E-commerce experience a plus.
- Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
