Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing and managing daily shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for each shift.
- Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction by addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Train, develop, and motivate team members to perform their duties effectively and efficiently.
- Promote a team-oriented atmosphere and encourage collaboration among staff.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas.
- Enforce health and safety standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Address operational issues and implement effective solutions promptly.
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Requires:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role is required in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Previous experience with food purchasing, inventory and scheduling.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
