We are looking for a Seasonal Food Truck Operator to manage the daily operations of our pizza food truck during the peak season. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the food truck.
Responsibilities
- Operate the pizza food truck daily, including setup and breakdown of equipment.
- Prepare, cook, and serve pizzas according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and restocking as needed.
- Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, using the POS system.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and inventory.
Requires:
- Previous experience in food service or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with pizza making is a strong advantage.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying supplies.
Schedule
This is a seasonal position with a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
Salary
$12/hr
