Stahl Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. has proudly served Allegheny County since 1950, offering 24/7 Plumbing and HVAC services to Residents and Businesses within our community. As an employee-owned company, we are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be a key point of contact for our Customers. In this role, you will handle inbound inquiries, book appointments, and ensure a smooth customer experience from start to finish. You'll work closely with our office team and our skilled plumbers and technicians to deliver top-notch service. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Communicate with customers via phone, email, text, and occasionally in person to address inquiries, book appointments, and promote our products and services.
- Service Titan Proficiency: Use the Service Titan platform to manage customer accounts, schedule services, and track job progress.
- On-Call Dispatcher Rotation: Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency dispatching, typically one night per week.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Drive business by booking services, upselling products, and performing cold calls to generate short-term opportunities.
- Basic Plumbing & HVAC Knowledge: Learn and apply fundamental plumbing and HVAC concepts to answer common customer questions and guide them through our services.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Assist with additional tasks as needed and cross-train on other responsibilities to support our small, employee-owned team.
Requirements:
- Communication & Customer Service: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-tasking: Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Education & Experience: High school degree (or equivalent), with 3+ years of related experience
- Availability: M-F 730AM-4PM; On-Call dispatching 1 evening per week and occasional weekend shift
- Plumbing & HVAC industry experience is strongly preferred
