T S Restaurants is looking to hire experienced Chefs or talented individuals to join the Duke’s Malibu Team! Our Chefs assist in day-to-day operations and collaborate with the Chef Team. The starting salary is $95,000+ and will be tied to the applicant’s ability and experience.

PREFERRED / REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Job offer contingent upon completion of background screening
- Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience supervising a kitchen operation
- Prefer at least 1 year of formal culinary education (but not required).
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, food production and financial skills.
- The position demands a rigorous attention to detail and a passion for the trade.

EXPECTATIONS:
Our food is simple, not fussy, hand crafted, fun, sustainable and locally sourced. Our culinary teams are large and diverse in culture. Our restaurants are busy; experience with volume in excess of $10M annually is a plus. Our Chefs must be able to handle production of all menus and have the creativity to suggest and create menu changes that will fit the concept and financial objectives of the restaurant. Meal services include lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch. The position requires a hands-on working chef, leading the teams from the line, not a desk.
