Here’s What We’re Looking For:

• Full time position Tuesday – Saturday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferably IN THE BEAUTY FIELD.
• Ability to handle managerial functions.
• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage center productivity and sales to ensure goals are achieved.
• Ability to achieve results through others.
• Ability to manage budget within guidelines based on center’s trend and projection.
• Understanding of market trends and activities.
• Ability to problem solve and work through issues.
• Prioritizes guest service and satisfaction.
• Ability to evolve with changing environment.
• Passion to support and represent our core company values.
