• Handle customer interactions like a boss, with the goal of becoming a boss yourself.
• Ensure new team members are well-versed in Wendy’s standards.

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum of one year of restaurant experience.
• High school diploma or GED. Additional education or military experience is a plus.
• Prior experience in leading and organizing teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to give and take directions effectively.
• Flexible availability for work.

You must be willing and able to:

• Travel to other Wendy’s locations as required.
• Remain active throughout your shift, standing and moving constantly.
• Occasionally lift up to 25-50 lbs.
• Adapt to weather-related challenges like rain or heat.
• Utilize restaurant equipment and adhere to brand standards.
