- Put our guests first, and provide exceptional service.
- Be prompt and show up ready to work.
- Be able to process basic forms of payment and maintain a personal bank.
- Keep organized while handling multiple service priorities.
- Adhere to the service standards laid out in our "Service Priority List" and "10 Basic Service Steps"
- Accept and implement feedback given by management teams to better the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Complete all necessary running and closing side work.
