Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Stock kitchen inventory and maintain cleanliness
- Stay updated on Chick-fil-A's menu and new products
- Adhere to safety and food handling procedures
- Complete all assigned tasks and maintain a positive work environment
- Handle kitchen cleaning and storage activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Cheerful, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Previous kitchen experience preferred.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Handler License.
- Ability to work under pressure and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Must be 18 years of age at time of application.
