About the Kitchen Team Member / Crew Member Role
At Chick-fil-A, Kitchen Team Members (also known as Crew Members) are responsible for ensuring fast, fresh, and high-quality food preparation while working efficiently as part of a team. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, love teamwork, and take pride in producing excellent food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation & Cooking: Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food items safely, quickly, and efficiently following Chick-fil-A’s high standards.
- Maintain Kitchen Excellence: Keep food stations stocked, organized, and clean while ensuring proper food safety and handling procedures.
- Work as a Team: Collaborate with fellow Kitchen Team Members and Front of House staff to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Learn and apply new Chick-fil-A menu items and procedures as they roll out.
- Follow Cleanliness & Safety Standards: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, follow food safety protocols, and operate kitchen equipment properly.
