Inventory Coordinator

Full-time
Rate of pay$16 - 18 per hour

Inventory Coordinator: a team leader in charge of receiving, rotating and maintaining overall store inventory and cleanliness in a timely and organized manner. Kitchen/Back of House Area


This is a full-time position Monday - Saturday (Friday and Saturday availability is required)

Schedule: 5 AM - 2PM


Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs


RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Inventory management: Receive, inspect, temp, rotate, and place truck orders in the mornings.


- Manage poultry rotation, and maintain the cleanliness of Thawing Cabinets.


- Assist Boards Area during shift if needed and maintain its cleanliness.


- Champion cleanliness in the kitchen areas and assist with trash bag removal.
