Our business is booming and we need the help of the right leader who loves developing people, inspiring positive culture, and coaching teams to exceed performance and sales goals. While we love to promote from within, we need a leader now to work with our high performers to teach, mentor, and cultivate their leadership skills while also overseeing the daily operation, growth, and success of our center.

 

Your Role:

 

Responsible for daily operation of our center and leading a team of eager associates to exceed performance and sales goals. Deliver outstanding guest experiences and model stellar sales performance as a part time Guest Service Associate.

Your first 30-60-90 Days:

  • Get to know the current team at a personal level including what motivates each team member and their personal/professional aspirations.  
  • Learn and understand our Culture, the European Wax Center Brand, and your Role by taking EWC’s New Manager Training curriculum and working closely with the Owners.
  • Establish routines of daily, weekly, and monthly personal goal achievement for team members linked to measurable center business goals. Use clear communications, celebration, and coaching to achieve team performance.
  • Master the Front-of-House Guest Service Associate role by actively working part time as a GSA. Deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Understand the key metrics that drive business success and how your teams’ actions contribute to achieving success.
  • Work closely with the owners to master center-level operations, policies, processes, and practices to maintain Brand and business system standards.
  • Build the team by hiring and helping train the best new associates (GSAs and Wax Specialists). Begin planning and cultivating your leadership team.
  • Outcome: Successfully run the Center with positive internal culture and solid performance output.

Optimal Candidate has:

  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Beauty Industry Experience (Service and Retail Sales). Having an Esthetician or Cosmetologist license is a wow factor
  • Unbelievable work ethic
  • Demonstrated success leading a team to exceed sales goals
  • European Wax Center Experience (employee or guest)
  • Love of being waxed from head to toe
  • Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business environment
