Customer Service Receptionist Responsibilities:
Customer communication - Answering phone calls, greeting customers, receiving incoming customer vehicles, customer follow-up
Scheduling: Setting appointment date and time, identifying and documenting customer needs, establish and build relationships
Other: Assist other front desk staff, keep workspaces neat and clean per organizational and regulatory requirements, as assigned
