Meineke is looking for an automotive Service Advisor.
Service Advisor Aptitudes: Functional/technical skills, attention to detail, listening skills, customer focus, communication skills, organization skills, time management, informing skills
Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Customer Communication - Answer phone calls. Greet customers. Receive incoming customer vehicles. Customer follow-up. Receiving payments.
Scheduling - Set appointment date and time. Identify and document customer needs. Establish and build relationships.
Writing Repair Orders - Accurately write up customer concerns. Understand vehicle inspections and transfer information to the repair estimate. Convey expected repair costs and obtain customer approval. Track vehicle progress and communicate status to customers. Responsible for all repair tickets from receiving the vehicle from the customer to returning the vehicle to the customer. Maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
Other - Assist other front desk staff as assigned. Keep workspaces neat and clean per organizational and regulatory requirements.
Service Advisor Requirements:
Professional appearance
Strong automotive knowledge or previous automotive experience
Desire to earn ASE Certifications
