Objective:
The purpose of the Catering Coordinator is to assist in catering needs as determined by the Owner/ Operator. They will do everything possible to make sure that all catering orders are successfully completed with accuracy and excellence.
Summary of Expectations- Oversee/Implement the following components:
Execution
- Assist in overseeing all aspects of catering. This will involve both deliveries and pickups. It is our goal to ensure that guests leave satisfied and “wowed” with our catering experience.
- Ensure there are dedicated systems involved in preparing and executing catering orders.
Preparation
- Setup all catering orders with excellence and dedication.
- Ensure that we are properly stocked on all catering needs and inventory items.
- Communicate all catering needs to the appropriate people so that everyone can be aware.
Develop
- Create new systems or implement new ideas around what will make our team enjoy their role more.
- Organizational Alignment
- Connect quarterly with the Operator at a minimum monthly to share results and trends.

- You are to assist in all aspects of catering. You will be the main individual that the Operator will count on to help execute all catering orders. We want to “wow” our guests with our catering experience.
Systems
- Catering execution must be developed around systems rather than people. Systems are what keeps it going when there is little to no direction. Catering is all about systems and ensuring there are guidelines that must be followed at all times.
Preparation
- Prepare catering orders with all of the necessary condiments, requested items, etc.
- Communicate all catering orders to the appropriate individuals so that the organization can be prepared at all times. This includes any inventory needs.
Develop/Growth
- Develop new systems and procedures to make our catering experience better each and every time. Continuously grow our catering business and gain new customers.
- Ensure that those around you are also well versed in catering execution. You can not always be there so it is imperative you provide knowledge to everyone.
Organizational Alignment
- Meet regularly with the Operator to ensure we are focused on growing our catering business and looking at ways to improve this area of the business.
