About the Role:
- Prepare all ingredients for cold food item assembly.
- Assemble all cold menu items such as salads, fruit cups, grilled chicken cool wraps etc
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Follow operational system to ensure adequate amount of prep items are prepared and ensure minimum waste.
