Bar Manager at The Crunkleton!

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Bar Manager to join our team in at The Crunkleton. As a Bar Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills, create delicious cocktails, and ensure a loving and enthusiastic environment for both guests and staff. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar
- Curate the spirits program knowledgably, with a blended focus on highly desirable and unique menu options as well as profitability.
- Create and maintain a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Train all employees on spirits and cocktail service and knowledge of menu
- Motivate staff to deliver excellent hospitality and service
- Maintain proper inventory levels within budget parameters
- Collaborate with management team on beverage promotions and spirits-centered event planning
- Occasionally act as Manager On Duty with effective leadership
Requirements:
- Passionate for the restaurant industry
- Desire to grow and learn in each category of The Crunkleton's diverse beverage program
- Knowledgeable about bourbon and spirits
- Previous Head Bartender or Bar Manager experience preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights

Detailed Compensation:
- Estimated Annual Total Earnings: $79,000
- Bartending: $10/hour + gratuities from service
- Bar Administrative Responsibilities: $20/hour
- Manager on Duty: $25/hour
- Quarterly Bonuses - based on the restaurant profit from operations - estimated $10k annually
