Must possess strong leadership skills. Responsible for all

hiring, training and scheduling servers, hostesses, and bussers, responsible for

cleaning and sanitation in front of house, server development, feedback and

evaluations, server host and busser scores on guest feedback forms,

communication with all front of house staff, and front of house back of house

relations.
