WHAT YOU WILL DO HERE

• QA Associates are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of book processing in each of the departments that produce and fulfill incoming, & current inventory.
• This department is responsible conducting thorough inspections to enable Managers & Trainers to address accuracy of individual associates and efficiency of current operational processes.
• All QA Associates will be provided with training on company criteria for quality assurance.

WE’RE LOOKING FOR TEAM MEMBERS WHO

• Have a strong independent work ethic.
• Are highly reliable and responsible. You have excellent attendance and consistently meet goals and metrics.
• Are self-motivated.
• Are willing to assist in inspection needs in other areas of the production floor, including sorting, receiving, shelving, and shipping.
• Have previous production or quality assurance experience preferred.
