Want to try your hand in a leadership role and build your resume? Shift Supervisors have mastered Crew Member duties and are expected to set the example. Youll get to motivate, direct and manage shifts. You can also learn other management tasks such as training, bookwork and marketing. Eventually, youll even open or close the store. Dont forget to lock up behind you.
