As a highly skilled and motivated individual, you will manage the catering team on a daily basis, ensuring each shift is prepared and executed flawlessly. Reporting to the Catering Director and Managing Partner, you will play a crucial role in upholding the Chick-fil-A brand standards and delivering delicious experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities Include:

Prepare for shift and communicate game plans to Catering Director
Hold huddles with team members to give specific execution behaviors
Provide oversight and direction for your area, celebrating successes and correcting errors
Ensure orders are prepared and ready for guest pick-up/delivery in a timely manner
Confirm order details for next day orders by 5PM
Monitor catering phone and pull catering sales data for sales improvement ideas
Train and grow team members using Pathways and other training materials
Participate in annual reading program and maintain store cleanliness standards
Manage break schedules and follow safety/security procedures
Work a minimum of two Saturdays a month
