Role: Seasonal Crew Members

Payrate (not including daily tips + weekly bonus potential): $13 - $16 per hour

What you will do

• A little of everything- taking orders, cooking burgers & fries, building delicious sandwiches, keeping the dining room clean, prepping fresh ingredients.
• Maintain friendly, fast, and accurate service, ensuring an excellent customer experience and that all products consistently meet company standards.
• Keep the restaurant up to Five Guys company standards regarding cleanliness, neatness, and customer accessibility.
• Work as a team player to support other employees in completing their tasks.
• Complete all other duties as assigned.

What you bring to the table

• Be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to stand on hard surfaces for long periods of time in warm and cold temperatures.
• The ability to lift supplies and materials up to 30 lbs.
• Reasonable accommodation must be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred, candidacy for the same is acceptable.
• 1-year of experience in a food service or retail environment is preferred but not required
