We are seeking the perfect leader for our fast-paced growing restaurant environment.
General Managers have the overall responsibility for all business functions within the restaurant. They are the executive of that unit and are responsible for the strategy, structure, people, budgets and financial outcomes. All General Managers are the ambassador for the brand and must have a working knowledge of the community, culture, and its events.
Accountabilities:
People
●Must be able to effectively staff restaurant to meet customer needs
●Understand how to motivate and influence team members and internal management staff
●Identify, develop, and retain talent for succession plan and company growth
●High retention rate with the ability to develop into an excellent recruiter
●Ensures restaurant is completely staffed with trained competent associates

Operations Expert:
●Oversee daily operations of the business
●Ensure the overall delivery and quality of Biscuit Belly’s products to customers
●Institute and follow cash handling policies and procedures
●Accurate ordering of inventory
●Knowledge of all systems, tasks, duties of FOH employees including but not limited to barista, bar, cashier, support, shift lead, kitchen lead, and GM.
●Knowledge and execution of complete food inventory management systems.
●Evaluate the physical condition and cleanliness of the kitchens, dining rooms, bar area.
●Ensures that the Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, as well as the company safety and security policies are being adhered to.
●Communicate strategy and results to employees
●Maintain top quality assurance and customer service standards
●Report key results to Directors
●Engage with Directors in organizational strategic planning
Financial
●Full understanding of Profit and loss statements; ability to assess and recommend improvements
●Execute restaurant goals within the appropriate metrics; COGS and Labor..etc
●Increase sales and run excellent Controllable Profit margins
●Increase foot traffic and customer retention
Brand and Concept Development:
●Have a keen understanding of community events, culture, and customer trends
●Conduct regular associate team building meetings
●Vendor partnerships and relationships
