Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Make Emotional Connections with Guests in the Drive-Thru, Front Counter and Dining Room
Provide genuine hospitality with our guests
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
Work on their feet for several hours at a time both indoors and outdoors
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned

Have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

Pay Range: $16.00 - $17.25 per hour. (Starting pay based on position, experience, and availability).

This job is fast paced and we are looking for individuals who love working in a team atmopshere.
