At Beerhead Bar & Eatery, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in running our store effectively and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, appraise, and train staff
• Supervise and motivate staff to meet sales goals
• Oversee day-to-day operations and address any issues
• Calculate closing financial reports
• Assist in creating promotions and building new business
• Manage stock and product ordering
• Maximise profitability and productivity
• Maintain property management and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Handle scheduling responsibilities
