Responsibilities:

• Complete all training Development Plans
• Leadership by example to all team members and managers
• Provide excellent employment experience for team members and managers
• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service
• Train and demonstrate company standards to all team members and managers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Manage equipment and inform management of maintenance needs
• Other work assigned

Capabilities Requirement:

• Demonstrate strong leadership, creating an environment of success
• Manage all personnel on each shift, including cashiers and cooks
• Inventory management: the management of food costs
• Ensure completion of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks
• Hire and schedule staff to provide a quality guest experience
• Ensure accurate cash handling and store operations
• Meet or exceed budgeted operating goals
• Maintain product quality standards
