Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise kitchen operations during night and afternoon shifts
  • Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
  • Manage and motivate kitchen staff

Qualifications:

  • Previous kitchen or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts, weekends, and on-call as needed
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English
