Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement front-of-house operational policies and procedures
- Train, supervise, and coach front-of-house staff on service standards and customer interactions
- Ensure that all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and to the customer's satisfaction
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient flow of service and timely delivery of meals
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service areas
- Oversee the reservation system and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory and place orders for restaurant supplies and equipment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of front-of-house staff and provide feedback for improvement
- Assist in the recruitment and hiring of new staff members
